KURNAKOVITE through MICROCLINE

 

KURNAKOVITE, M-400. California.
Transparent colorless to translucent gray
cleavages. 


KYANITE, M-405. Brazil. Coarse crystalline blue, 1or 2 inch  to 5 inch, 

bladed aggregates or blades with quartz. Priced individually by length,

width & depth, and quality.  


LABRADORITE, M-410. New York. Dark
gray, very coarse grain. Shows some twinning
striae. 

LEPIDOLITE, M-415. California.
Compact, medium to coarse grain light lavender masses. 

LEPIDOLITE, M-415A. Brazil.
Cleavage books of lavender mica.  


LIMONITE, M-420. Utah. Hard,
brown, massive. Standard limonite.  

LIMONITE, M-420A. Cost A. Utah. Light
brown to yellow or orange. Not overly friable,  OUT OF STOCK
earthy in part. 

LIMONITE (YELLOW OCHER), M-420B. Utah. Yellow earthy ocher with minor calcite.

LIMONITE, M-420C.  Light chocolate
brown ocherous. OUT OF STOCK

LINARITE, M-425. New Mexico or Arizona.
Bright blue, small crystals and coatings on rock
with some other copper minerals. Check. Few pieces.

MAGNESITE,
M-430. California.
Compact, impalpable white masses. 

MAGNETITE, M-435
California. Black titaniferous masses with
occasional minor chlorite. Class pack not presently
available. (Check for availability) 


MAGNETITE (LODESTONE), M-435A.
 Excellent specimens of
black, metallic, strongly magnetic and naturally magnetized masses.


MAGNETITE, M-435B. 
Utah or California. Black metallic masses exhibiting little or
no natural magnetism, but are magnetic (will attract a magnet). 

MALACHITE, M-440. Morocco. Rich masses in rock with or
without associated minerals.

MICROCLINE, M-445. 

South Dakota. White/beige to pale gray 1" 
alkali feldspar cleavages.   Variably perthitic. 

Choice of color between white and pink (below) is not always available.  If cleavage on all sides is not

necessary, if you just want to show as a rock forming mineral,

 ask about less standard size pieces and a lower price.

MICROCLINE, M-445A. Colorado or South Dakota.  
All sides showing cleavage.  1" (+) pink cleavages. Some may be variably perthitic. 

Choice of color between pink and white (above) is not always available.  

If cleavage on all sides is not

necessary ask about pricing for less standard size pieces, for example to display as a rock forming mineral.


MICROCLINE, (AMAZONITE, AMAZONSTONE),
M-445B. Russia. Good green cleaves.
