We are working on getting a shopping cart system set up. Right now only a few items can be purchased directly from
the web site by clicking a BUY NOW button. Its through PayPal and works quite well. Except that they don't have a
way to add the shipping costs. Right now we are finding that USPS Priority Flat Rate works the best for most of our
products. So if you use PayPal's Buy Now button please expect a separate invoice from us for the shipping costs. If
you are ordering more than 1 or 2 kits please email for a shipping quote. As time goes by we will have more items
available with just a few clicks between you and your selections.

Purchase Orders.
At this time we are a retail reseller, business requesting wholesale prices, the best we can do is 10% on orders over $1000.00.
Earth Science Specimens ordered by school purchase orders are NET 30 days. If you are late on the first order this will be changed to "Due on Receipt" or "Prepay". Please be sure to include the purchase order number when submitting the order. Orders will be shipped once a hardcopy of the purchase order is received.
Orders will be shipped FedEx Ground, UPS Ground or USPS; shipping charges will added to the invoice. 2-day and overnight shipping on request. Prepayment or credit card (Visa, MC, or Paypal) is required for individuals ordering Earth Science Specimens. Estimate 15% of the total for shipping - it may be more or less. The shipping for smaller orders will almost certainly be more than 15% - just the nature of shipping charges. No individual mail orders under $25.00 unless pre-approved. We cannot fill orders that request one (1) each of small earth science samples.
Standard ordering quantity or sizes for educational rocks and minerals: class pack of 20 student pieces LARGE and SMALL; 1x2" size in lots of 10; 2"x3"size in lots of 10; 3"x4". (SMALL class pack size is roughly the size of a dime and LARGE is about the size of a quarter)

LATE PAYMENTS : Late payments will incur 1.5 % of the total amount of the invoice per week. Future orders will be paid before delivery.
All Earth Science Materials carry a full 30 day money back guarantee if the merchandise is not what you wanted, has not been used, and is returned in good condition. Material not returned in good condition may be subject to a restocking fee.
Free promotional gifts cannot be replaced due to breakage or loss. We package carefully and cannot be responsible for damage.

If you would like to return a specimen you purchased from Geoprime,
you have 30 Days to return the specimen undamaged for a full refund. The
return period can be extended on an individual basis.
Trade-ups and Trade-ins
If you purchased a specimen from us, we will take the specimen in trade for the full original amount on same species and locality
trade-ups purchased from us, however, there are exceptions so inquire. We buy
collections and are interested in looking at your trade list.
Fifteen Day Approval Period
You have 7 days from the arrival date to decide whether to acquire
the specimen. You will be billed at that time.
Confirmation Message
When we receive your order we will contact your e-mail address to
validate the request. Respond only if you did not place an order.
