               Our e-mail spam blocker may put you into the Suspect E-mail file.  We check this file regularly throughout the day and fish people out.  If you are blocked, also feel free to request that we add you to our address book in case we miss you.  Putting a word like "rocks" or "minerals" or "order" or the name of one of our products in the subject line often helps us to more quickly identify your e-mail as legitimate.
